Starting June 2025, I am sharing care with a dear friend and doula/photographer, Martha Lanphear.
Martha is an incredible doula, with her strengths shining through in how she shows up for the people she is supporting.
Martha is passionate about making families feel comfortable in this transformative process, has open, honest discussions, and truly loves the people that she works with. She has so much knowledge around all things pregnancy, birth, postpartum as well as miscarriage, and she provides an excellent balance of evidence-based information and intuitive care, really tuning in to people’s needs and making them feel safe and held.
I am confident that with both of our strengths, together her and I cover virtually any topic to provide holistic, comprehensive care.

What you can expect from shared care with us:
An initial visit in person with us both, shortly after hire
On-call for you from the moment of hire
A group chat where you can ask us questions at any time if anything comes up during pregnancy
One individual visit with each of us so we both get a chance to know you more personally
Continuous support throughout your birth. (for longer births, a strength we have as a team of two is being able to relieve one another so that you always have a rested doula supporting you! This is a huge benefit for families)
One postpartum visit with the doula who attended your birth
An extra lactation support visit with Michelle, if needed

Prenatal Support
Free initial consultation (usually 45min)
A meet up shortly after hire to connect
2 in-person prenatal visits between 32 and 38 weeks where we cover all aspects of birth, and can discuss your concerns, wishes during labour and birth, pain relief/comfort techniques, and how I can best support you and your partner

birth photography add on ($500)
Immediate Postpartum Support
Support provided immediately after birth by helping to initiate feeding, preparing you food and cleaning your space (home or hospital)
A postpartum visit within a week after your baby is born. These visits are usually around 2 hours and can be used however best suits your needs.
*note: as I am actively pursuing a career as a lactation consultant alongside my work as as doula, I prioritize any feeding support that is needed as best as I can with the knowledge that I have.
Photography & Other Services
Birth Photography add-on: labour and birth - $500 (taken on digital and 35mm film)
includes everything I offer as a birth doula plus professional photos of your labour, birth, and immediately postpartum. Some examples of birth photos might include: laboring at home, laboring in hospital, delivery, newborn exam, first feeds, introduction to siblings/other family members, and the waiting room. Includes 75-100+ digital images.
Birth Photography add-on: golden hours - $300 (taken on digital and 35mm film)includes everything I offer as a birth doula as well as about 25 lightly edited, professional photos from the first 2 hours postpartum. Some examples might be: first skin to skin with baby, first moments together as a family, first feeds, newborn exam. Taken on both digital and 35mm.
Other
Limited Postpartum Support available (please inquire) - Daytime: $40/hr Overnight: $50/hr
