investment for doula support is $1800 plus gst. Discount given for repeat families. Payment plans available.

What’s included in my doula package:

Birth Doula

Prenatal Support

• Free initial consultation (usually 45min)

• A meet up shortly after hire to connect and make sure you have everything you need

• 2 in-person prenatal visits between 32 and 38 weeks where we cover all aspects of birth, and can discuss your concerns, wishes during labour and birth, pain relief/comfort techniques, and how I can best support you and your partner

• monthly phone check-ins, if you desire

• Postpartum planning and breastfeeding

• A curated folder of resources for you

• access to my lending library

• Available for you 24/7 via phone, text, and email from the time of hire until 6 weeks postpartum

During Your Birth

• continuous emotional and physical support

• Access to TENS machine

• Birth pool included, if you desire

• birth photography add on ($500)

• Support provided immediately after birth for the first few hours postpartum by helping to initiate feeding, preparing you food and cleaning your space (home or hospital)

• a placenta print, if you desire

• A postpartum visit within a week after your baby is born. These visits are usually around 2 hours and can be used however best suits your needs.

• *note: as I am actively pursuing a career as a lactation consultant alongside my work as as doula, I prioritize any feeding support that is needed as best as I can with the knowledge that I have.
